A native of Little Silver, NJ Dr. Daniel Mulholland is a Board-certified Orthopaedic Surgeon who provides expert care to patients at Orthocenter. Dr. Mulholland specializes in Sports Medicine, Arthroscopic Surgery and Knee and Shoulder Reconstruction.
After completing his undergraduate studies at the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, IN Dr. Mulholland went on to complete his medical education at the Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C. After receiving his M.D. degree, Dr. Mulholland completed his Orthopaedic Surgery Residency at Tufts Medical Center in Boston. As a member of the Arthroscopy Association of North America, Dr. Mulholland strives to go above and beyond industry standards for his patients.
Dr. Mulholland, accredited by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and brings a wide range of experience to the Orthocenter team. In addition to serving as an Orthopaedic Surgeon at the former Walson Air Force Hospital at Fort Dix, NJ Dr. Mulholland has also worked with high-profile clients such as the Pittsburgh Steelers while completing his Fellowship in Sports Medicine at Orthopaedic Research of Virginia.
Dr. Mulholland enjoys giving back to his community and supporting local and regional sports teams. As such he has served as Team Physician for Christian Brothers Academy in Lincroft NJ for over 25 years; team physician for NJ 87’s of the Eastern Hockey League and team physician for NJ Titans of the North American Hockey League.
